The STONE CRAZY production would not exist, were it not for the breakthrough theories and field-tested research of Dr. Maureen Clemmons, the President of Transformations, a Change Management consulting practice in Winnetka, California. She holds an MBA and Ed.D in Organization Change from Pepperdine University, where her doctoral research and dissertation focused on innovation and innovators.

To bring her wind-based pyramid-building theories to life, she enlisted the aid of NASA, JPL, Kiteship, CalTech, the American Institute of Architects and a host of other technicians and specialists who would all endorse her work after their initial skepticism.

In 2008, Dr. Clemmons, in conjunction with the architectural department at Cal Poly Pomona instituted an actual pyramid-building class, ambitiously designing a curriculum that includes building a 106-ton pyramid using no modern tools.

What’s the beer for ( besides making for an intriguing project title)? Mixed with sand, it stabilizes the roads for the log rollers…

Dr. Clemmons is the instigator, consultant and chief overseer (to coin a pseudo-Egyptian title) of the STONE CRAZY movie.
